Thermal Power Industry
The main products of Atomenergomash for thermal power plants are bent-tube and straight-through boilers (with natural circulation, for hypercritical parameters) supplied for power units with the capacity of 50 to 800 MW based on advanced technical solutions to run on different fuels: oil, gas, and solid fuels (coal, brown coal, lignite). Boilers are supplied in modular construction, which accelerates and simplifies the installation.
Atomenergomash enterprises manufactured about 700 boiler units of different capacities and options for 152 domestic and foreign power plants with total capacity exceeding 66 million kW including more than 16 million kWh for export. Boilers operate at power plants in 20 countries all over the world.
In addition Atomenergomash successfully developed the production of waste-heat boilers for modern combined cycle power plants with capacity ranging from 2.5 to 450 MW. Waste-heat boilers can be both horizontal and vertical with natural or forced convection in evaporating loops. Upon request, this can be steam boilers with built-in heater, gas mains water or hot water boilers-utilizers.
Also, factories produced boilers-heat capacity from 0.1 to 2 MW for heat recovery from exhaust engines diesel power plants. In all recovery boilers are used with the spiral tube or expanded solid fins.
