The Atomexpo-2016 visitors will be able to see 3D holographic models of reactor plants type VVER, BN, as well as of the RITM-200 icebreaker reactor

JSC Atomenergomash, the machine-building division of Rosatom, will present the technologies of building reactor plants VVER, BN and RITM-200 at the Atomexpo-2016 forum. In particular, the exhibition visitors will see the 3D holographic models of reactor plants, the new-generation all-purpose icebreaker, and video films about the process of their building.

During the forum, representatives of JSC Atomenergomash and subsidiary companies will also speak at round tables where they will discuss nuclear power development challenges. In particular, the company speakers will take part in the following discussions:
• From NPP construction management to NPP information management over the entire life cycle;
• Innovative products for sustainable development;
• Fuel supply and the back end – integrated solutions. Competitiveness and nuclear power acceptance in the present and in the future.

The 8th International Forum ATOMEXPO 2016 will be held during on May 30 to June 1. The Forum will provide an extensive business program with participation of leading international experts, and a wide-scale exhibition of Russian and foreign companies in the nuclear power sector.

The key business events of the Forum will be two plenary sessions on the topics: "Nuclear power as a basis of a carbon-free energy balance" (May 30) and "The future of nuclear power. New players" (May 31). The representatives of different states and session participants will discuss current challenges, which the global energy market is facing, the role of nuclear generation as a reliable and economically predictable and environmentally clean power source, and the issues of collaboration with countries planning to develop nuclear power, such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia and others. The sessions are expected to present the reports of Sergei Kirienko, Director General of the Rosatom State Corporation, and of Kirill Komarov, First Deputy Director General – the Director of the Unit for Development and International Business of the Rosatom State Corporation. Oleg Deripaska, the President of OK Rusal, and Viktor Vekselberg, President of the Skolkovo Foundation, have also confirmed their participation.

The Forum will host the following roundtables: "Countries on the threshold of development of the nuclear project: global challenges and Rosatom's solutions", "Key issues of NPP construction projects", "Life cycle management. From managing NPP construction to NPP information management over the entire life cycle", "Creating nuclear science and technology centers. Projects by State Corporation Rosatom in international cooperation in the research area by example of the MBIR project", "Optimization of the energy balance, environmental and economic aspects. Nuclear and renewable energy", "Innovative products for sustainable development", "Fuel supply and the back end – integrated solutions. Competitiveness and nuclear power acceptance in the present and in the future", and others.
