Backlog of orders of Atomenergomash exceeded 623 billion rubles in 2018f

A ten-year consolidated backlog of orders of Mechanical Engineering Division of Rosatom – JSC Atomenergomash (AEM) is 623.8 billion rubles according to the results of 2018. In comparison with 2017 the volume of contracts increased by 169 billion rubles, and for the last five years this value increased five-fold - from 125 billion rubles in 2013. 

“Increase of the backlog of orders is provided with new contraction both in nuclear industry, and outside of it. In particular, last year the contracts were concluded for complete delivery of equipment for reactor compartment and machine room of power supply units of El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant in Egypt, Paks Nuclear Power Plant in Hungary and others. In non-nuclear sectors we intend to develop presence of the company on the market of the equipment for LNG plants; we produce basic power engineering equipment for waste into energy plants; we act as partners in localization of modern technologies in Russia for oil and gas complex, shipbuilding and electric power industry.” - mentioned Andrei Nikipelov, Director General of JSC Atomenergomash.

In particular, last year AEM enterprises signed a number of contracts in almost all key equipment line for the fourth technological line of Yamal LNG plant. It includes coil wound heat exchangers, LNG pumps, etc. 

In the sphere of shipbuilding JSC “RPA “CNIITMASH” is a platform for localization of production of auxiliary marine boilers.  In addition, cooperation is currently developing in localization of marine system equipment with the leading European manufacturer from Norway, the Netherlands and other European countries.
