Machine building division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation - Atomenergomash JSC concluded Memorandums of Understanding with Dutch suppliers of shipbuilding products - Machine-en Lierenfabriek C.Kraaijeveld BV and Coops & Nieborg BV.
The purpose of the document is to study the possibility of cooperation on attractive projects in the fields of shipbuilding and ship repair. In particular, there will be studied the possibility of participation of Dutch companies as partners of Atomenergomash within the framework of the Leader project and other attractive projects in the sphere of shipbuilding and ship repair.
The parties agreed to study issues related to the implementation of attractive projects of mutual interest, as well as to exchange information for the preparation of joint proposals.
Specific conditions for the implementation of these projects, segregation of duties of the parties, assortment, prices, total cost, terms and conditions of delivery and execution of work will be the subject of a separate contract.
Separately, there will be worked out the possibility of nationalization of Dutch companies' equipment production at the enterprises of Atomenergomash JSC, including for the benefit of the enterprise JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation.
