OJSC "Atomenergomash" strengthens the business direction

n February an upgraded organizational structure was put in place in OJSC Atomenergomash (the machine-building division of State Corporation Rosatom). Key business areas, such as nuclear energy, gas and oil chemistry, shipbuilding and general technology, have been assigned to separate directorates. 

Vladimir Angelov was appointed Nuclear Power Director of OJSC Atomenergomash. V. Angelov graduated from Moscow Institute of Physical Engineering, where he majored in the design of instruments and installations for nuclear reactors. In 2001-2011 he worked for CJSC Atomstroyexport, where he was responsible for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, technical support and delivery of equipment within the framework of construction of nuclear power stations in China, India, Iran, and Bulgaria. In 2011-2013 he occupied the position of Procurement Director at CJSC Atomstroyexport. In 2012 he was awarded the Medal of the Order for Service to the Motherland of II degree for his substantial contribution into the development of nuclear energy. V. Angelov’s sphere of responsibility includes organization of complete deliveries of nuclear machine-building industry products, expansion of the commodities range, and development of supplies under international contracts executed by OJSC Atomenergomash.    

Yuri Zubkov was appointed Gas and Oil Chemistry Director of OJSC Atomenergomash. Y.  Zubkov graduated from Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute with specialization as Mining Engineer. During the period from 1998 to 2013 he had occupied executive positions in OJSC OC YUKOS, OJSC ALNAS, OJSC Integra, OJSC Stroytransgaz, OJSC Cryogenmash, OJSC REP-Holding, RusHighTech Ltd. The scope of Y.  Zubkov’s responsibility includes management of the company’s operations in the sphere of equipment sales for oil and gas industry, ensuring participation in tenders and contracting, expanding the supplies.

Andrey Buzinov was appointed Shipbuilding and General Technology Director. A. Buzinov graduated from Saint Petersburg State Engineering and Economy Institute, where he majored in Economics and Machine-Building Enterprise Management.  Before appointment to OJSC he had been headed the project of construction of the general service nuclear-powered ice-breaker LK-60 at Baltic Plant - Shipbuilding Ltd., in 2011-2013 he was Operations Director of Baltic Plant - Shipbuilding Ltd. He occupied executive positions at OJSC “Klimov”, OJSC ZRTO (concern of Almaz-Antei), OJSC LOMO. The circle of A. Buzinov’s responsibility includes promotion of the group’s products in the sphere of shipbuilding, sales nomenclature expansion, relations with general technology corporate customers.

“Today we can address any tasks related to supply of high quality core technological equipment, and at competitive prices. In the previous year the group’s orders portfolio grew almost by the factor of one and a half, to reach 142 billion roubles. At the current stage the main objective is to ensure the growth of contracting volumes, primarily, in the adjacent sectors, and further improve the quality of our offering in the nuclear segment. New executives have joined our team. Each of them is a professional in his respective field. I am sure that the new appointments lay down solid foundations for future positive dynamics of Atomenergomash’s business,” said Director General of OJSC Atomenergomash Andrey Nikipelov.
The center of responsibility for the development of thermal power projects of AEM are OJSC ZiO Podolsk and OJSC EC ZIOMAR. The management of both companies was consolidated in 2012. Igor Kotov is Director General of OJSC ZiO Podolsk and OJSC EC ZIOMAR.
